Related to the projected demand from the local industry, the post-pandemic year motivated us to invest resources in the installation of our disassembly and assembly area for medium-voltage equipment. The company's investment, aimed at offering safe disassembly and assembly of medium-voltage electric motors, motivated us to install and commission our DEMAG overhead crane. An effective height of 10 linear meters and a lifting capacity of 32 tons, combined with a disassembly space of 400 m2, position us as the preeminent rewinding workshop in the Dominican Republic.
HEATED REWINDING AREA:
In an effort to reduce the likelihood of failures, we've created an isolated, climate-controlled rewinding area, eliminating contaminants such as dust, salts, and other contaminants from the wire. This also creates a comfortable environment for our technical staff, helping to reduce stress levels.
DYNAMIC TESTING AREA FOR ELECTRIC MOTORS:
Our company has the necessary electrical infrastructure to start electric motors repaired in the workshop, ranging from 1 HP to 1000 HP at voltages of 480 volts. For this purpose, we have 60KW, 400KW and 1MW electric generators, combined with a powerful Hubbell Hipotronic with a variable transformer for low-speed starting with a limit of up to 750 amps.
HORIZONTAL DYNAMIC BALANCING AREA:
Punctuality in the delivery commitment is achieved by having full control of the integration of services within the workshop, therefore, our company has its own dynamic balancer for a certified and timely delivery of your electric motor, thus complying with the established time and avoiding rework due to vibration levels that exceed the permitted tolerance.
MECHANICS AREA:
Considering the vital importance of mechanical tolerances in engine bearings, we have a metalworking and welding department, and a wide variety of precision tools to meet quality challenges regardless of the diameter being worked.
